| Introducing Your Winners, in Full Bloom |
|
| |
When we had the idea to host our first-ever puzzle art contest, asking YOU to choose the designs you'd want to piece together next, we could not have imagined what it would become. With almost 500 artist entrants and over 65,000 votes from all over the world, this community blew us away and we're beyond excited to share with you the winners, and our newest collection, Full Bloom.
Thank you to all the artists who participated, to our jury panel for their input, and of course to YOU, our JIGGY community for being a part of this wild ride.
Happy puzzling, xx Kaylin & the JIGGY team |

Birds & Blooms by Genna Blackburn | Genna is a surface designer and illustrator in Detroit, Michigan. Most of the time you can find her working from her home studio with her cat and cattle dog by her side. Inspired by her love of plants and animals, her work is a playful exploration of shape and color stemming from her background as a graphic designer. Genna got her BFA in 2006 and worked at a design studio until 2014, when she took the leap to work for herself! Patterns are one of her favorite things to create because their puzzle-like nature provides a challenge that is very satisfying to see come together.

Lazy Girl Book Club by Natalie Linnea | Natalie is a Chicago-born, Orlando-raised, Nuremberg-based self-taught multimedia artist. Her mediums range from watercolor to acrylic to digital design, but she loves anything and everything between. Hiya! I'm Natalie, I'm equal parts wit and wisdom, an intuitive brand designer by day and a sassy illustration artist by night. "Lazy girl book collection" is part of my mini-series "Tales of a Homebody" inspired by my antisocial humor and disdain for leaving the house. It is for anyone who practice social distancing before 2020 made it cool. So homebodies: this one goes out to you, babe. This is finally your time to shine - on your couch, in your underwear - don't you dare think about moving, honey.

Gloria & Angela by Shirin Godhrawala | I'm Shirin Godhrawala, an artist currently living in Düsseldorf. I grew up in Mumbai, India and moved with my husband Ali, two years ago. Together, we began this journey of creating art and shipping it to our clients all across the world. I grew up in a creative home where I learnt how to sew from my mother and paint from my sisters. The recent direction of my art began during the lockdown, when I was running out of white paper and started sketching on printed magazines and colorful handmade papers, which led me to this angular, messy, urgent style of sketching portraits that capture snippets of iconic moments from the world of fashion & cinema.

Miss Daisy Fish by Allison Hall | Allison is an illustrator in Savannah, Georgia. She was born and raised in Dallas, Texas in a home that usually had markers on the kitchen table and forts in the living room. In 2016 Allison received a BFA in Illustration from the Savannah College of Art and Design. Her passion for casual hospitality has influenced her work to be warm, nostalgic, and lighthearted. Allison creates with the hope of expressing that natural beauty and play add flavor to life, and that good stories can be shared with simplicity. She loves projects that are beautiful and silly. Allison is also left-handed and mostly paints with gouache.

Prima Ballerina by Michelle Carlos | As a child, I loved doodling on walls until I discovered papers and crayons. Later, I became more prolific with various media, which earned me creative skills and a degree in Fine Arts. Now back in Stuttgart, Germany, I have also lived and worked in four countries: my place of birth, the Philippines, then Singapore, South Africa and the United Arab Emirates. I have spent the last 5 years of living as an expat into going back to making art, improving my skills and developing my style through daily practice and online art courses.
